Terms & Condition

1. Website Design & Development: a. The Client agrees to provide clear and accurate instructions and materials necessary for the Website design & development services. b. The Client agrees to review and approve the Website design & development before the completion of the project. c. The Client agrees that the Website design & development services will be provided within the agreed timeline. d. The Client agrees to pay for any additional services requested beyond the scope of the initial agreement. e. The Client agrees that all Website design & development services provided by the Service Provider are the exclusive property of the Client. f. The Client agrees to indemnify the Service Provider from any and all claims arising from the use of the Website design & development services. g. The Service Provider agrees to provide the Website design & development services to the best of its ability using the latest technologies and techniques. h. The Service Provider agrees to provide timely updates and feedback to the Client as the project progresses. i. The Service Provider agrees to indemnify the Client from any and all claims arising from the use of the Website design & development services. j. The Service Provider agrees to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Graphic Designing:

1. Payment: Payment for the Services must be made in advance and in full, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Cancellation: If the client cancels the Services provided by the graphic designer, the client must immediately pay the full amount due for Services provided up to the date of cancellation.
3. Intellectual Property Rights: The graphic designer retains the copyright in all work produced until payment is received in full. The client agrees that the graphic designer owns all intellectual property rights in the design and artwork created for the client.
4. Warranty: The graphic designer warrants that all Services provided will be of professional standard and fit for the purpose for which they were commissioned.
5. Limitation of Liability: The graphic designer shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of any Services provided. The client agrees to indemnify the designer against any losses, damages, or claims arising out of any Services provided.
6. Confidentiality: The graphic designer agrees to keep all information supplied by the client confidential.
7. Amendments: The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information supplied to the graphic designer, including but not limited to, text, images and logos.
